Spectators: 8035 (Terracing: 6027, Seating: 1848, VIP seats: 160) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pacho Carabajal took the kick off in the first half of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Pacho Carabajal notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Frank Morris. Frank Morris was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Brugge United getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mattijs Parmentier hit a great ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goalkeeper Frank Morris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Pacho Carabajal took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Frank Morris to make any attempt to save it. Brugge United's Dolf Rouckeloos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Pita in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Fiz Miñano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dolf Rouckeloos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pacho Carabajal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Frank Morris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pacho Carabajal in the 23rd minute. Brugge United's attentive Benny De Potter managed to snatch the ball when Mateo Cal made a throw-in in the 27th minute of the game. In the 28th minute, Mattijs Parmentier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute Pacho Carabajal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Morris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Rapsodas Red Devils FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxin Abad to maneuver through the defense. Frank Morris acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 35th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Timmy Simons. Pacho Carabajal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Frank Morris made a huge save. Brugge United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Timmy Simons in the 40th minute. The corner led Brugge United's Dieter Uyttebroeck to fire away a dangerous shot which Frank Morris despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lon Quiles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Rapsodas Red Devils FC were awarded a corner. Modesto Pita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Modesto Pita to fire away a dangerous shot which Dolf Rouckeloos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dolf Rouckeloos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Amarita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dolf Rouckeloos made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Fiz Miñano sent off a good shot on target. In the 66th minute Aaron Amarita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dolf Rouckeloos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fiz Miñano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dolf Rouckeloos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Dolf Rouckeloos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lon Quiles in the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Pacho Carabajal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frank Morris. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pacho Carabajal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Pacho Carabajal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Morris having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Dolf Rouckeloos threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guib Cortina, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Frank Morris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pacho Carabajal in the 84th minute of play. Frank Morris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pacho Carabajal in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Dieter Uyttebroeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes Brugge United got a freekick which was hit by Pacho Carabajal. The Brugge United support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
