Spectators: 9259 (Terracing: 6946, Seating: 2129, VIP seats: 184) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Oséias Palmeira got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, FURIOZA's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Niva came free, but Pinki Kush reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santana Armada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséias Palmeira in the 6th minute of the match. Santana Armada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waclaw Jaroszewicz in the 10th minute of play. Wágner Recife in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pinki Kush, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pinki Kush made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wágner Recife in the 13th minute. The supporters of Vancouver Reds booed when FURIOZA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walery Absolwent didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Waclaw Jaroszewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santana Armada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute Oséias Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santana Armada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Oséias Palmeira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santana Armada was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Santana Armada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrzej Solak, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oséias Palmeira in the 31st minute of play forced Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Santana Armada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Vancouver Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Waclaw Jaroszewicz came free, but Santana Armada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Lindström hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute of the match, Wágner Recife got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pinki Kush was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Pinki Kush made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Wágner Recife sent off a good shot on target. 44 minutes into the match, FURIOZA's goalkeeper Pinki Kush had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wágner Recife. 45 minutes into the game, Walery Absolwent threw the ball into play from the sideline. Vancouver Reds's Greger Sandström quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Pinki Kush showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Niva in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 52nd minute Wágner Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pinki Kush saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FURIOZA getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Mateusz Olchowy hit a great ball. Vancouver Reds's Jakub Kiwior was substituted for Bixente Lizarazu. In the 57th minute, Mateusz Olchowy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FURIOZA's Pinki Kush played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Niva in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute of the match FURIOZA got a corner. Vancouver Reds's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valdas Kasparavičius ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Walery Absolwent advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 61st minute. FURIOZA's Wieslaw Kilar was substituted for Oséias Palmeira. After a rather tough play, FURIOZA's Patryk Janiczek got a free kick in the 64th minute. Santana Armada made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Wieslaw Kilar sent off a good shot on target. Pinki Kush showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wágner Recife in the 73rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wieslaw Kilar in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santana Armada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FURIOZA made a substitution. Roch Galus replaced Patryk Janiczek. Vancouver Reds were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after FURIOZA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Greger Sandström took the corner. The corner led Vancouver Reds's Greger Sandström to fire away a dangerous shot which Pinki Kush despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Santana Armada came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by FURIOZA's Wieslaw Kilar. But to his dismay, Wieslaw Kilar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Vancouver Reds made a substitution. Florentino Barrette replaced Wágner Recife. After some careless play in the FURIOZA defense, Rodrigo Ferdinand kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pinki Kush. The FURIOZA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pinki Kush should have stopped the shot. The Vancouver Reds supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FURIOZA's performance. The match ended with a win for FURIOZA.
