The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Xamo Viladrosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Ferman, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthy Sommers in the 10th minute of play forced United.SF's goalkeeper Delmiro Veto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Matthy Sommers notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of United.SF's Delmiro Veto. Xamo Viladrosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 23 minutes into the match, Balkes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Ferman came free, but Xamo Viladrosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of United.SF booed when Balkes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geraldo Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Calle Lindström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, Arnoldo Aballe made a precise shot to the right of Xamo Viladrosa. Balkes FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The audience was convinced that Matthy Sommers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delmiro Veto was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. In the 47th minute Victorio Lizer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xamo Viladrosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Balkes FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. United.SF were winning 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matthy Sommers to make the kick off. Fonso Barreto lost his temper 52 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Balkes FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! Balkes FC's Xamo Viladrosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Ferman in the 57th minute of play. Tobias Montez got a throw-in 61 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Feliciano Dacio. Delmiro Veto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calle Lindström, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as United.SF's Feliciano Dacio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Xamo Viladrosa. That made the score 1-6 after 76 minutes of play. Xamo Viladrosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. The United.SF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
