FC Valkyria's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristoffer Fransson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ove Kullander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvin Månsson in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ove Kullander saved AC Qslig from getting behind. If Kristoffer Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the game, FC Valkyria's Alvin Månsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ove Kullander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 31 minutes of play, AC Qslig's Stefan Forsell made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After 44 played minutes AC Qslig got a freekick which was hit by Kenny Hedlund. 48 minutes into the match, FC Valkyria's August Lundblad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ove Kullander narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rickard Nilsson during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 played minutes, AC Qslig's Alf Bivall shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Per Kjellberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AC Qslig reached it. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Alvin Månsson took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Ove Kullander to make any attempt to save it. The tension between the FC Valkyria and the AC Qslig players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Valkyria's August Lundblad got a free kick in the 86th minute. When Stig-Åke Kilman came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the AC Qslig fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig-Åke Kilman couldn't finish the play. 92 minutes into the match, AC Qslig's goal looked a bit too open when Alvin Månsson came free, but Ove Kullander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Alvin Månsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Kullander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when FC Valkyria's Alvin Månsson in the 96th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Ove Kullander was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for AC Qslig through an amazing save. FC Valkyria played a much better game than AC Qslig and deserved their victory. The AC Qslig players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
