After having played for 7 minutes, Orlando Bertassi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pedro Dimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Vasconcelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. With a little luck, Habsburgo's Pedro Dimo got control of the ball when Alexandre Vasconcelos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nestor Paraibano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Thomas in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Orlando Bertassi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Magnifico FC - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 34th minute, Vito Bonito made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Paraibano. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After 37 minutes of play, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Orlando Bertassi made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Dimo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 40th minute, one of Magnifico FC - FSCMZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Magnifico FC - FSCMZ. Benedicto Cresencio shot the penalty kick right outside the post. A collision led to Magnifico FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Cássio Godoi hit a great ball. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orlando Bertassi was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Nestor Paraibano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vito Bonito. In the 53rd minute, Vito Bonito made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Paraibano. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Orlando Bertassi took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Dimo. Pedro Dimo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. In the 61st minute, Leo Romo made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Paraibano. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. Pedro Dimo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orlando Bertassi went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-4 was the resulting score. Nestor Paraibano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Thomas in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to Magnifico FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. André Luiz Lopes hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the game, Orlando Bertassi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-4. Pedro Dimo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vito Bonito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Paraibano having to interfere. After having played for 85 minutes, Genaro Ulizes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Habsburgo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Ulizes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Prudencio Thomas took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nestor Paraibano. Nestor Paraibano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-5. Pedro Dimo came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Alexandre Vasconcelos. But to his dismay, Alexandre Vasconcelos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-5.
