In the 11th minute, Nikos Papadopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stelios Goumas made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Ulises Orlanda sent off a good shot on target. When phoinix fc's Ernesto Herrera in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Konstantinos Chiotis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Orlanda came free, but Stelios Goumas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of phoinix fc booed when tHe SOnS of rAGnar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iraklis Vainderlis didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesto Herrera in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stelios Goumas saved tHe SOnS of rAGnar from getting behind. After a rather tough play, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Stefanos Katsibalos got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 43 played minutes tHe SOnS of rAGnar got a freekick which was hit by Babbis Siakkas. phoinix fc's Keylor Martínez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panos Vlosiros in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Menelaos Borbokis made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in tHe SOnS of rAGnar's zone, Cecilio Efraim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stelios Goumas came out of the goal and Cecilio Efraim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Akis Romanidis hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the match, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Rubio came free, but Stelios Goumas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Efraim in the 62nd minute of play forced tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goalkeeper Stelios Goumas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Konstantinos Chiotis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Keylor Martínez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
