In the 6th match minute, SRP-Laguna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germano Neiva to maneuver through the defense. Walmyr Cavalcante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erubiel Eleder went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Walmyr Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Peruanton in the 15th minute of play. After 20 minutes, Dráuzio Cavalcante mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SRP-Laguna and the Cabrera FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Cabrera FC booed when SRP-Laguna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráuzio Cavalcante didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Erubiel Eleder notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SRP-Laguna's Walmyr Cavalcante. Walmyr Cavalcante was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 25 minutes into the match, Cabrera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dráuzio Cavalcante came free, but Atilano Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Erubiel Eleder cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Walmyr Cavalcante was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Walmyr Cavalcante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Lope, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Erubiel Eleder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmyr Cavalcante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erubiel Eleder took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walmyr Cavalcante. Walmyr Cavalcante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Atilano Urbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Trancoso in the 48th minute of the match. The SRP-Laguna players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cabrera FC were winning 0-4.
A collision led to Cabrera FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ruperto Palos hit a great ball. Atilano Urbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Trancoso in the 52nd minute of the match. Atilano Urbasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, Cabrera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Trancoso came free, but Atilano Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richard Trancoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Urbasa having to interfere. When SRP-Laguna's Richard Trancoso in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Richard Trancoso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atilano Urbasa was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. SRP-Laguna's Walmyr Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Eleder in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to SRP-Laguna getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Germano Neiva hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Cabrera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nilson Coelho came free, but Atilano Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilson Coelho took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Atilano Urbasa. Atilano Urbasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. If Nilson Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 minutes of play, SRP-Laguna's Richard Trancoso made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atilano Urbasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! The SRP-Laguna supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cabrera FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Cabrera FC.
