After some careless play in the Aguila Romana defense, Mats Rubarth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Loco Gatti. The Aguila Romana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Loco Gatti should have stopped the shot. The corner led Björnlunda IF's Arvid Åberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Loco Gatti despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 17th minute, one of Aguila Romana:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Aguila Romana. Henning Sandberg shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Aguila Romana's Juan Martínez got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Björnlunda IF's Simon Wennersten suffered a sore thigh after 22 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 24th match minute, Aguila Romana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Perutxo to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute of the match Henning Sandberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Loco Gatti skillfully saved the ball. Loco Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Eklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Stefan Eklund notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Aguila Romana's Loco Gatti. Loco Gatti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th match minute, Björnlunda IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Åhlberg to maneuver through the defense. A throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game was made by Carlos Perutxo with Adrian Batista as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The wind increased when Stefan Eklund made the kick off in the second half. Mats Rubarth scored 0-3 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Loco Gatti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Aguila Romana booed when Björnlunda IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Eklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd match minute, Björnlunda IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Hjortsberg to maneuver through the defense. Mats Rubarth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute Mats Rubarth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loco Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
