A collision led to LIVIUS UNITED MLS getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. George Obregia hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Sümer Ruşen managed to get in a good position for a shot. KOCAELİSPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Sümer Ruşen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dragoş Braniște breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alin Tonegaru kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Sümer Ruşen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sümer Ruşen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dragoş Braniște took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sümer Ruşen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. George Obregia was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to LIVIUS UNITED MLS getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Eusebiu Corvin hit a great ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Adrian Iovanovici managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LIVIUS UNITED MLS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Iovanovici was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Sümer Ruşen came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the KOCAELİSPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sümer Ruşen couldn't finish the play. KOCAELİSPOR made a substitution.
