A well-hit corner resulted in Justino Chus heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Lorenzo Maiorga charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Maiorga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, La Banda del Tinto's Lorenzo Maiorga got a free kick in the 11th minute. The FC COSA NOSTRA fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when FC COSA NOSTRA's Ovidijus Andrišiūnas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ovidijus Andrišiūnas in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Generoso Nabar saved La Banda del Tinto from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Dennis Schröder got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Generoso Nabar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of FC COSA NOSTRA booed when La Banda del Tinto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Maiorga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, FC COSA NOSTRA's Ovidijus Andrišiūnas got a free kick in the 25th minute. La Banda del Tinto's Generoso Nabar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidijus Andrišiūnas in the 26th minute of play. When FC COSA NOSTRA's Ovidijus Andrišiūnas in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 45 played minutes La Banda del Tinto got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Chinto. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacinto Pancho made a kick off. In the 56th match minute, La Banda del Tinto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Maiorga to maneuver through the defense. Ovidijus Andrišiūnas succeeded in the game's 59th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. If Ovidijus Andrišiūnas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, La Banda del Tinto's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidijus Andrišiūnas came free, but Generoso Nabar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rytis Paškevičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Pancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Girkantas Malevičius came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the FC COSA NOSTRA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Girkantas Malevičius couldn't finish the play. Generoso Nabar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidijus Andrišiūnas in the 76th minute of the match. Rytis Paškevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Chus in the 77th minute of play. Ovidijus Andrišiūnas was extremely unlucky when he, in the 79th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Dennis Schröder kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Generoso Nabar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ovidijus Andrišiūnas went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Ovidijus Andrišiūnas struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Generoso Nabar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC COSA NOSTRA. Generoso Nabar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidijus Andrišiūnas in the 90th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the game, Ovidijus Andrišiūnas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Generoso Nabar. Ovidijus Andrišiūnas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. The audience was convinced that Ovidijus Andrišiūnas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Generoso Nabar was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. When the final whistle sounded FC COSA NOSTRA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than La Banda del Tinto.
