Iacob Elian made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Baltasar Guillerme sent off a good shot on target. 17 minutes into the game, Cleto Efren recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iacob Elian. Cleto Efren showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Baltasar Guillerme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Iacob Elian made a huge save. Iacob Elian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Efren in the 36th minute of play. A hard shot by Jacinto Eliazar from long distance, 38 minutes into the match, got Iacob Elian's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Cleto Efren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iacob Elian having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Iacob Elian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Berriotxoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute Leonard Andrițoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Fix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
