Panait Gârdan lost his temper 8 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 7 minutes into the game, one of FC Buciumii:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience was convinced that Petru Plopeanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Halis Çağar was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Cᴀɴᴇʏ ᶠᶜ's zone, Petru Plopeanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Halis Çağar came out of the goal and Petru Plopeanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute, Sebastian Giubelean reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mehmet Halis Çağar. The goal made the score 1-1. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Sebastian Giubelean took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Mehmet Halis Çağar to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Cᴀɴᴇʏ ᶠᶜ getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Halim Tunç hit a great ball. Cᴀɴᴇʏ ᶠᶜ's Mehmet Halis Çağar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Cᴀɴᴇʏ ᶠᶜ from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Sebastian Giubelean made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Cᴀɴᴇʏ ᶠᶜ's Yaşar Arıkan got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yasin Şahbey got free with Aurelian Ştiubei in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Cᴀɴᴇʏ ᶠᶜ booed when FC Buciumii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Giubelean didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute of the match Yaşar Arıkan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aurelian Ştiubei showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 69th minute, Sorin Răducu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurelian Ştiubei acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Barışcan Taşdemir. In the 75th minute Sebastian Giubelean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Halis Çağar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Cᴀɴᴇʏ ᶠᶜ booed when FC Buciumii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petru Plopeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cᴀɴᴇʏ ᶠᶜ's Mehmet Halis Çağar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petru Plopeanu in the 81st minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Marin Rada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Buciumii's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cᴀɴᴇʏ ᶠᶜ the free kick. In the 82nd minute, Marin Rada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute of the match Barışcan Taşdemir sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aurelian Ştiubei skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Petru Plopeanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Buciumii's supporters rose to their feet, but Petru Plopeanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Halis Çağar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastian Giubelean took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehmet Halis Çağar. Mehmet Halis Çağar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Aurelian Ştiubei was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arda Baybars Trabzonlu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 96 minute of play. FC Buciumii's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
