Ahmet Vefik Gazel was slow to take the kick. During this time North Port UTD's players had a chance to rest. Ahmet Vefik Gazel made a great header on North Port UTD's corner, it was just that ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Jaime Afonso managed to reach the ball for a save. ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Honorio Vela shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 33rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Yağızalp Akhan but with some difficulty. With a little luck, North Port UTD's Yağızalp Akhan got control of the ball when Fernando Elodio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jaime Afonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Vefik Gazel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ booed when North Port UTD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kamilhan Oktan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yağızalp Akhan made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Honorio Vela sent off a good shot on target. Dante Chico charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dante Chico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vatan Akil to make the kick off. Vatan Akil hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Yağızalp Akhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Elodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Yağızalp Akhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Elodio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ booed when North Port UTD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deniz Hasanbeyli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vatan Akil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Jaime Afonso made a huge save. Clemente Lauro hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Fadıl Muhammed kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Ermengol to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, North Port UTD's Jaime Afonso threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vatan Akil, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
