Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 152) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Toomas Lasso kicked off to start the match. Ennu Nurmik charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ennu Nurmik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ennu Nurmik hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Eriberto de Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tom Are made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Gol in the 8th minute of play. FC Dundee's Tom Are played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dedê de Castro in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Toomas Lasso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felipe Santos Borré was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Toomas Lasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th match minute, SÃO JORGE FC™® was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betão Dracena to maneuver through the defense. When Tostão Rosa fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SÃO JORGE FC™®'s protests and gave Tostão Rosa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SÃO JORGE FC™® getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Tostão Rosa hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toomas Lasso in the 20th minute of play forced SÃO JORGE FC™®'s goalkeeper Felipe Santos Borré to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipe Santos Borré took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toomas Lasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pogi Hanson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Arvo Lätti dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Felipe Santos Borré, 2-0. A collision led to FC Dundee getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Robert Oppenheimer hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvo Lätti in the 39th minute of play forced SÃO JORGE FC™®'s goalkeeper Felipe Santos Borré to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sten Vonk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 45th minute Felipe Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Are saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felipe Gol was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, SÃO JORGE FC™®'s Celso Madureira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tom Are. Tom Are yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toomas Lasso in the 53rd minute of play forced SÃO JORGE FC™®'s goalkeeper Felipe Santos Borré to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipe Gol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Are having to interfere. Felipe Gol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Tom Are tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the SÃO JORGE FC™® defense, Sten Vonk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felipe Santos Borré. The SÃO JORGE FC™® fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felipe Santos Borré should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Vonk in the 65th minute of play forced SÃO JORGE FC™®'s goalkeeper Felipe Santos Borré to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the game, FC Dundee's Toomas Lasso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felipe Santos Borré made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 72nd match minute, SÃO JORGE FC™® was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tostão Rosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Toomas Lasso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felipe Santos Borré was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 77th minute, Toomas Lasso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Dundee fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Felipe Santos Borré showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toomas Lasso in the 83rd minute of the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Arvo Lätti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Dundee's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arvo Lätti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Dundee's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
