But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Gaston couldn't finish the play. Hugo Orlando Hrabina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Ramond in the 28th minute of play. Dexter Ashley's late challenge caught a Yalapa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dexter Ashley helped the player get up and apologised. Dexter Ashley kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Yalapa's Marco Gaston dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 44th match minute, Stowe City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denny Kay to maneuver through the defense.
