Amos Rosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Urbano Ramond in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Yalapa's Marco Gaston nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amos Rosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. Inocencio Sidoro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amos Rosa having to make a save. When Yalapa's Marco Gaston, in the 80th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Yalapa. The AC Milan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amos Rosa should have stopped the shot. The AC Milan fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Yalapa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
