Green Horses's Theodosis Kassapis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Bomba in the 75th minute of play. Alfredo Franceschi was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Notis Bartzokas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Notis Bartzokas really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. 81 minutes into the game, Notis Bartzokas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alfredo Franceschi. Real Murçia FC's Alfredo Franceschi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Real Murçia FC from getting a goal against them. In the 96th minute Notis Bartzokas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Franceschi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesare Prisco hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Green Horses's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
