Xurupita FC's Hílton Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Xurupita FC from getting a goal against them. Hílton Costa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 46 minutes into the game, Xurupita FC's Marcus Meirelles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andreas Unterligauer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Jens-Uwe Lack made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens-Uwe Lack in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hílton Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 73rd minute, Steven Wirinckx left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poli Timisoara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. 77 minutes into the match, Xurupita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Steven Wirinckx came free, but Hílton Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eurico Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Jens-Uwe Lack received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Hílton Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Poli Timisoara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Poli Timisoara walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
