Marcos Brizuela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steven Wirinckx in the 9th minute of the match. Los Guacho Pistola's Marcos Brizuela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Uwe Lack in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Dominic Haug had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Brizuela. Los Guacho Pistola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dominic Haug was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steven Wirinckx in the 18th minute of play forced Los Guacho Pistola's goalkeeper Marcos Brizuela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Steven Wirinckx had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Brizuela. Marcos Brizuela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominic Haug, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After some careless play in the Los Guacho Pistola defense, Steven Wirinckx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Brizuela. The Los Guacho Pistola fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Brizuela should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Andreas Unterligauer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddy Aurken. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciro Feo during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ciro Feo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Poli Timisoara's Andreas Unterligauer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Nisio in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baltasar Leobardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Los Guacho Pistola's zone, Steven Wirinckx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Brizuela came out of the goal and Steven Wirinckx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jens-Uwe Lack fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Brizuela having to interfere. Poli Timisoara's Steven Wirinckx got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Poli Timisoara's Jens-Uwe Lack sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcos Brizuela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 62 minutes of play, Los Guacho Pistola's Baltasar Leobardo made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andreas Unterligauer was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Los Guacho Pistola's Marcos Brizuela got control of the ball when Steven Wirinckx tried to sneak it across the goal line. Poli Timisoara's Robin Pluta got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcos Brizuela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Uwe Lack, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Marcos Brizuela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Uwe Lack in the 71st minute of play. Niclas Hillerzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Marcos Brizuela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Steven Wirinckx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcos Brizuela made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Jens-Uwe Lack sent off a good shot on target. Jens-Uwe Lack blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Brizuela having to make a save. Marcos Brizuela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Steven Wirinckx in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute, Jens-Uwe Lack fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Julien-Nils Ruge kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Jens-Uwe Lack left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poli Timisoara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. In the 93rd match minute, Poli Timisoara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julien-Nils Ruge to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Poli Timisoara left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Los Guacho Pistola.
