Saturnino Quiroga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Patrício Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrício Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Quiroga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandrino Junqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the game, Amador Christobal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Machine Gun Kelly's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MEXACOMX the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Machine Gun Kelly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Christobal to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Saturnino Quiroga notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of MEXACOMX's Patrício Fernandes. Patrício Fernandes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Clodoveo Galoer's late challenge caught a MEXACOMX's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clodoveo Galoer helped the player get up and apologised. 32 minutes into the game, Nemesio Acuña was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The tension between the Machine Gun Kelly and the MEXACOMX players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 played minutes Machine Gun Kelly got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Quiroga. 47 minutes into the match, Machine Gun Kelly's goal looked a bit too open when Zeferino Mourão came free, but Ramiro Gagriel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saturnino Quiroga made a kick off. After some careless play in the MEXACOMX defense, Saturnino Quiroga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrício Fernandes. The MEXACOMX fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrício Fernandes should have stopped the shot. Machine Gun Kelly's Clodoveo Galoer got his second yellow card of the match in the 56th minute. The referee ordered Clodoveo Galoer off the ground. A collision led to Machine Gun Kelly getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Clodoveo Galoer hit a great ball. Patrício Fernandes came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Machine Gun Kelly's Saturnino Quiroga. But to his dismay, Saturnino Quiroga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Belchior Conde got free with Ramiro Gagriel in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 75 minutes into the match, MEXACOMX's goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Quiroga came free, but Patrício Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Machine Gun Kelly's zone, Carlos Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Gagriel came out of the goal and Carlos Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Saturnino Quiroga sped through MEXACOMX's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Patrício Fernandes. Patrício Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Quiroga in the 90th minute of play. Telmo Bezerra charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Telmo Bezerra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute, Telmo Bezerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, MEXACOMX's Zeferino Mourão got a free kick in the 95th minute. Saturnino Quiroga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Machine Gun Kelly could leave the field as winners, despite MEXACOMX having more of the ball for most of the match.
