Spectators: 7503 (Terracing: 5628, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pedrão Hoffmann took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 21st minute of the match Luiz Cavalcante shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joseph Reichardt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Joseph Reichardt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrão Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xerxes Kamper in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tostão Cardoso saved Montesclarense E.C. from getting behind. Möhnsen FC were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Montesclarense E.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Peer Hafner took the corner. João Paulo Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joseph Reichardt having to interfere. Davi Campidelis charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Davi Campidelis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes Montesclarense E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Davi Campidelis. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bill Leicht made a kick off. Joseph Reichardt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davi Campidelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Peer Hafner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Pedrão Hoffmann fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Joseph Reichardt, passed just outside the right post. In the 61st match minute, Montesclarense E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dieguinho Alves to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the game, Pedrão Hoffmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montesclarense E.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Möhnsen FC the free kick. Pedrão Hoffmann kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Montesclarense E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marco Reinhart came free, but Tostão Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Montesclarense E.C.'s zone, Xerxes Kamper stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tostão Cardoso came out of the goal and Xerxes Kamper tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Montesclarense E.C.'s Davi Campidelis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Xerxes Kamper in the 84 minute of the game. Dieguinho Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peer Hafner during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Xerxes Kamper's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tostão Cardoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
