But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessandro Capixaba couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute, Tião Freire left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Legion of Boom fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Rafal Wydrych made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Guilherme Goiano in the 11th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Guilherme Goiano in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafal Wydrych prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11thth minute of the game Luís Guilherme Goiano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Rafal Wydrych was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute, Luís Guilherme Goiano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafal Wydrych was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Rafal Wydrych made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Capixaba in the 23rd minute of play. After 26 played minutes GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW got a freekick which was hit by Patryk Jarosiewicz. Alessandro Capixaba's late challenge caught a GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alessandro Capixaba helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Legion of Boom got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Capixaba. Rafal Wydrych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tião Freire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Patryk Jarosiewicz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 38th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Bogdan Wierzbicki hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute Patryk Jarosiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Adam Madej got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Legion of Boom were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Patryk Jarosiewicz made the kick off in the second half. Tião Freire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafal Wydrych having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tião Freire got free with Rafal Wydrych in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Legion of Boom booed when GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Wierzbicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patryk Jarosiewicz hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Patryk Jarosiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Rafal Wydrych played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauan Dracena in the 78th minute of play. Afonso Mendonça hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute Patryk Jarosiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cauan Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Rafal Wydrych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Guilherme Goiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patryk Jarosiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Igor da Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Legion of Boom's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
