After 16 played minutes KFC Paal-Tervant got a freekick which was hit by Jason Nys. In the 20th minute, Arsene Vermeulen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 played minutes Westbam got a freekick which was hit by Bartosz Mochowak. Bram Van Wontergem took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tony Arruda. Tony Arruda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Tony Arruda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartjan Parmentier, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Tony Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartjan Parmentier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of KFC Paal-Tervant booed when Westbam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Gaszynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charl Delcroix in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Arruda saved Westbam from getting behind. Tony Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartjan Parmentier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47thth minute of the game Charl Delcroix who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Westbam's Tony Arruda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teofil Skaradowski to make the kick off. Tony Arruda was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arsene Vermeulen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 51 minute of play. In the 56th minute, KFC Paal-Tervant's Arsene Vermeulen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Anthonio Villyn came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Westbam's Teofil Skaradowski. But to his dismay, Teofil Skaradowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 66th minute Klement Pawlak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthonio Villyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Westbam's Leon Gaszynski suffered a sore thigh after 66 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 66 minutes, Reinaud De Schutter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KFC Paal-Tervant and the Westbam players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th match minute, KFC Paal-Tervant was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaud De Schutter to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 70th minute by Charl Delcroix got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Bram Van Wontergem came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the KFC Paal-Tervant fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bram Van Wontergem couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Westbam's Tony Arruda got control of the ball when Luka Dams tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 78 minutes, Arsene Vermeulen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Paal-Tervant's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arsene Vermeulen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Klement Pawlak fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Westbam's protests and gave Klement Pawlak a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Westbam getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Klement Pawlak hit a great ball. If Reinaud De Schutter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tony Arruda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charl Delcroix in the 92nd minute. A collision led to KFC Paal-Tervant getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Arsene Vermeulen hit a great ball. KFC Paal-Tervant's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
