Spectators: 7448 (Terracing: 5587, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) Argon's Angel Lopes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Argon from getting a goal against them. 5 minutes into the match, Acilia Town's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Raymon came free, but Donato Stefano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the game, Camillo Saraceni recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Angel Lopes. Camillo Saraceni showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 13th minute Camillo Saraceni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 14 minutes into the game, when Cristiano Falone put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Acilia Town fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Argon a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Saul Lia, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Acilia Town's Donato Stefano. 2-1. Melquiades Adrio scored 2-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Donato Stefano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Alberto Diana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acilia Town's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Diana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 30 minutes into the match, Argon's goal looked a bit too open when Camillo Saraceni came free, but Angel Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Argon's Melquiades Adrio got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 41 minutes, Jonatan Raymon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Argon and the Acilia Town players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Aldo De Cesaris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Amedeo Chizzo fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Acilia Town's protests and gave Amedeo Chizzo a yellow card for diving instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonatan Raymon to make the kick off. Alberto Diana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute Alberto Diana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Diana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Angel Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erubiel Otsando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Stefano having to interfere. Aristides Olo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Alberto Diana came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Acilia Town fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Diana couldn't finish the play. Aldo De Cesaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Lopes having to interfere. Alberto Diana might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angel Lopes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Diana ran back to his position shaking his head. Angel Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Diana in the 89th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Alberto Diana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acilia Town's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Diana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Diana in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angel Lopes saved Argon from getting behind. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Alberto Diana sped through Argon's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Angel Lopes. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
