Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jairo Telmo kicked off to start the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 2nd minute of the game. One of Estación Q.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Carpathian Wolves:s goal. In the 3rd minute, Niculae Arbore left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carpathian Wolves fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Nichifor Mărăscu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arsenio Bembe in the 10th minute. Blas Umbruso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iurie Bărboianu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Arsenio Bembe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, Estación Q.'s Arsenio Bembe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nichifor Mărăscu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Carpathian Wolves's Petrică Milea got a free kick in the 16th minute. Codrin Aalexoaiei hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Niculae Arbore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Blas Umbruso. Estación Q.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niculae Arbore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Hilario Lobo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jairo Telmo took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nichifor Mărăscu. Nichifor Mărăscu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Arsenio Bembe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nichifor Mărăscu having to interfere. Estación Q.'s Jairo Telmo got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Petrică Milea hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Niceto Gaizkine took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nichifor Mărăscu. Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Estación Q.'s Jairo Telmo got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Estación Q.'s goal looked a bit too open when Nicu Steriopol came free, but Blas Umbruso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iurie Bărboianu in the 46th minute of play forced Estación Q.'s goalkeeper Blas Umbruso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blas Umbruso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niculae Arbore in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half Carpathian Wolves were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iurie Bărboianu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nichifor Mărăscu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Lobo in the 62nd minute of play. When Estación Q.'s Jairo Telmo in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carpathian Wolves's goalie prevented a goal. Jairo Telmo might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nichifor Mărăscu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jairo Telmo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 69th match minute, Estación Q. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Bembe to maneuver through the defense. Cristo Urtsin kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Hilario Lobo scored 2-3 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nichifor Mărăscu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Blas Umbruso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iurie Bărboianu, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After a rather tough play, Estación Q.'s Arnaldo Cresitobalo got a free kick in the 94th minute. Iurie Bărboianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
