Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5583, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) In the 6thth minute of the game Cezary Olejniczak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vasqueiro FC's Luís Paulista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Olejniczak in the 8th minute of play forced Vasqueiro FC's goalkeeper Luís Paulista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Paulista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cezary Olejniczak's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. SHADOW's Edmund Marchefka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save SHADOW from getting a goal against them. Luís Paulista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezary Olejniczak in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Jerzy Liberko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SHADOW fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Vasqueiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Liberko came free, but Luís Paulista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 minutes, Enio Veiga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vasqueiro FC and the SHADOW players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 21 played minutes Vasqueiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Enio Veiga. Edmund Marchefka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horácio Linhares in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the game, SHADOW's Cezary Olejniczak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luís Paulista made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Jerzy Liberko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dawid Panasewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Vasqueiro FC booed when SHADOW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cezary Olejniczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horácio Linhares scored 1-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmund Marchefka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. SHADOW's Edmund Marchefka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorian Varela in the 43rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Vasqueiro FC's Dorian Varela slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edmund Marchefka. That made the score 2-2 after 44 minutes of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cezary Olejniczak to make the kick off. Cezary Olejniczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enio Veiga in the 55th minute of play forced SHADOW's goalkeeper Edmund Marchefka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 minutes of play, Vasqueiro FC's Horácio Linhares made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmund Marchefka was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edmund Marchefka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murillo Lima in the 74th minute of play. Edmund Marchefka came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Vasqueiro FC's Horácio Linhares. But to his dismay, Horácio Linhares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Dorian Varela blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmund Marchefka having to make a save. When Horácio Linhares came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Vasqueiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horácio Linhares couldn't finish the play. If Dawid Panasewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Vasqueiro FC's Luís Paulista got control of the ball when Cezary Olejniczak tried to sneak it across the goal line. SHADOW's Edmund Marchefka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorian Varela in the 94th minute of play. Vasqueiro FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
