Spectators: 7481 (Terracing: 5612, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Allan Custódio got the match started through his kick off. Bebeto Sarmento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Edvaldo Brasil made a huge save. Frederico Vasconcelos charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frederico Vasconcelos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Capivara FC booed when λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederico Vasconcelos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Capivara FC's Claudinho Souto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Betão Pinheiro scored to the left of an out of position Edvaldo Brasil, making the score, 3-1. Edvaldo Brasil was a little too slow when Erasmo Sena got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 4-1. Edvaldo Brasil made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Bebeto Sarmento sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júnior Veloso in the 39th minute of play forced λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's goalkeeper Edvaldo Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Capivara FC's Edvaldo Leal got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Téo Medeiros sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Capivara FC's João Fernandez didn't even have to move. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR made a substitution. Percy Arruda replaced Téo Medeiros. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Júnior Veloso to make the kick off. Edvaldo Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Pinheiro in the 56th minute of the match. A collision led to Capivara FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Edvaldo Leal hit a great ball. João Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovani Lago in the 60th minute of play. If Bebeto Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Júnior Veloso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edvaldo Brasil was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. When Edvaldo Leal fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capivara FC's protests and gave Edvaldo Leal a yellow card for diving instead. Edvaldo Leal hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Célio Meirelles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Allan Custódios short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got João Fernandez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 80 minutes into the match, λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinho Souto came free, but Edvaldo Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvaldo Brasil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Júnior Veloso's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Júnior Veloso scored 7-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edvaldo Brasil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 8-1 became the score in the 86th minute when Júnior Veloso elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, Capivara FC's Betão Pinheiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edvaldo Brasil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1. Edvaldo Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júnior Veloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 96 played minutes λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR got a freekick which was hit by Percy Arruda. Bebeto Sarmento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Edvaldo Brasil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
