FC Truseni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mircea Dadu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Truseni's Mihail Postolache was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 17th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Leonid Nazaria managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Truseni's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonid Nazaria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Fernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Capivara FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Celso Maranhense hit a great ball. Teodor Cornea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but João Fernandez made a huge save. Mihail Postolache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. João Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 played minutes FC Truseni got a freekick which was hit by Nicolae Papuc. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Truseni's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Erasmo Sena was slow to take the kick. During this time Capivara FC's players had a chance to rest. Capivara FC's Júnior Veloso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anibal Aritza in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 35th minute, FC Truseni's Teodor Cornea ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind João Fernandez. João Fernandez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. João Fernandez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mihail Postolache showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 41 minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Truseni defense, Júnior Veloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anibal Aritza. The FC Truseni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anibal Aritza should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Mihail Postolache put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of João Fernandez. João Fernandez didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Truseni's Mihail Postolache shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 6-1 in the ordered_time% minute. 75 minutes into the game, Álvaro Castro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capivara FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Truseni the free kick.
