Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Segundo Orti got the match started through his kick off. Jochen De Muysere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 7 minutes into the match, Minion Mim's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Orti came free, but Constantijn Bracke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Minion Mim defense, Vicente Hermon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Constantijn Bracke. The Minion Mim fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Constantijn Bracke should have stopped the shot. After 12 played minutes Minion Mim got a freekick which was hit by Elias Weijnants. After 15 minutes of play, GangsTaz F. C.'s Nestor Taurino made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Constantijn Bracke was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the game, Anthoon Van Meensel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Minion Mim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GangsTaz F. C. the free kick. In the 19th match minute, Minion Mim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthoon Van Meensel to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes Minion Mim got a freekick which was hit by Jochen De Muysere. Segundo Orti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Constantijn Bracke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jochen De Muysere in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sixto Iratxo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 33 minutes into the match, Segundo Orti notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Minion Mim's Constantijn Bracke. Constantijn Bracke was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 37 minutes into the game, GangsTaz F. C.'s Segundo Orti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Constantijn Bracke made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Sixto Iratxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Weijnants in the 43rd minute of play. Nestor Taurino's late challenge caught a Minion Mim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nestor Taurino helped the player get up and apologised. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jochen De Muysere made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Minion Mim's goalkeeper Constantijn Bracke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nestor Taurino. Minion Mim's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Segundo Orti scored to the left of an out of position Constantijn Bracke, making the score, 0-6. Brian Verdonk lost his temper 60 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, GangsTaz F. C.'s Dante Roland got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 67 played minutes, Minion Mim's Michel Reijckmans shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sixto Iratxo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Minion Mim reached it. 72 minutes into the match, Dante Roland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Constantijn Bracke. Minion Mim's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dante Roland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Michel Reijckmans hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Jochen De Muysere came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Minion Mim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jochen De Muysere couldn't finish the play. Sixto Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Louis-Philippe Van Hallebeeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Segundo Orti reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Constantijn Bracke. The goal made the score 0-9. Nestor Taurino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Constantijn Bracke made a huge save. In the 95th minute, Louis-Philippe Van Hallebeeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Constantijn Bracke was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Segundo Orti showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 98 minute of play. GangsTaz F. C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
