Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Benicio Balasi got the match started through his kick off. Roque Haimar made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Santos Berenguer sent off a good shot on target. In the 5th minute of the match, Santos Berenguer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Roque Haimar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Silverio Incendio hit a great ball. Roque Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Berenguer in the 10th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, CA Quake's Benicio Balasi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Severo Furtado's late challenge caught a C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severo Furtado helped the player get up and apologised. 20 minutes into the game, Cristo Perrando threw the ball into play from the sideline. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Guaberto Raebert quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Ruperto Taurino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A throw-in in the 24th minute of the game was made by Vinicio Abeitia with Damaso Isidor as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 26 minutes into the game, Benicio Balasi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roque Haimar. Benicio Balasi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Ruperto Taurino struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Ivan Karmel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo. Eloy Theobald charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eloy Theobald the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37thth minute of the game Damaso Isidor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Roque Haimar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Damaso Isidor kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benicio Balasi got free with Roque Haimar in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ruperto Taurino to strike the kick off in the second half. Roque Haimar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Berenguer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo booed when CA Quake was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristo Perrando didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 58 played minutes CA Quake got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Isidor. A collision led to C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Gabriel Mercado hit a great ball. Gabriel Mercado hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Abeitia came free, but Roque Haimar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CA Quake's Ivan Karmel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Taurino in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo booed when CA Quake was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Abeitia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eloy Theobald got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. When Guaberto Raebert came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Raebert couldn't finish the play. The throw-in from Vinicio Abeitia in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Andres Milian. Cristo Perrando charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristo Perrando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CA Quake had played much better football throughout.
