Spectators: 6800 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 100) TILCARA F C's Romulo Refugio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Clodoveo Lawrence took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Montez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Atilano Foro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clodoveo Lawrence was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Clodoveo Lawrence made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Abaunza in the 18th minute of play. If Romulo Refugio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgardo Ubarna's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Osvaldo Tomi firmly grabbed it by the left post. 25 minutes into the match, TILCARA F C's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Foro came free, but Clodoveo Lawrence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of TILCARA F C booed when Regresado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Abaunza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Casimiro Luzea was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 28 minutes into the match. Casimiro Luzea kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, TILCARA F C's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Foro came free, but Clodoveo Lawrence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mario Restu hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Clodoveo Lawrence took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Abaunza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Atilano Foro made a precise shot to the right of Clodoveo Lawrence. TILCARA F C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 41 minutes into the game, Atilano Foro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Clodoveo Lawrence was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 47th minute of the match Regresado got a corner. TILCARA F C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. David Neron ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that David Neron got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Clodoveo Lawrence quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

56 minutes into the match, TILCARA F C's goalkeeper Clodoveo Lawrence had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zacarias Escobar. TILCARA F C's Clodoveo Lawrence proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save TILCARA F C from getting a goal against them. In the 64th match minute, Regresado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Abaunza to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atilano Foro got free with Clodoveo Lawrence in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 69 minutes into the match, Edgardo Ubarna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osvaldo Tomi. Regresado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgardo Ubarna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When Edgardo Ubarna came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the TILCARA F C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgardo Ubarna couldn't finish the play. Atilano Foro charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Atilano Foro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. TILCARA F C made a substitution. Evaristo Sanchez replaced Romulo Refugio. In the 79th minute, Atilano Foro made a precise shot to the right of Clodoveo Lawrence. TILCARA F C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. 82 minutes into the match, TILCARA F C's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Foro came free, but Clodoveo Lawrence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zacarias Escobar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Clodoveo Lawrence made a huge save. In the 88th minute, Leonides Quintyn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Regresado's goalkeeper Osvaldo Tomi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edgardo Ubarna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Regresado played a much better game than TILCARA F C and deserved their victory. The TILCARA F C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
