Bandit Banks didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MARTINETA. Enzo Rey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bandit Banks read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Bandit Banks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daníel Zabala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Agustín Ruberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bandit Banks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Birger Benett reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Niceto Izel. The goal made the score 1-0. Gösta Pihlwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Niceto Izel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birger Benett got free with Niceto Izel in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the match, FC NORDLAND's goal looked a bit too open when Daníel Zabala came free, but Bandit Banks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, León Carrera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Birger Benett made a precise shot to the right of Niceto Izel. MARTINETA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Niceto Izel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birger Benett, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Urban Löv fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC NORDLAND's protests and gave Urban Löv a yellow card for diving instead. Otto Eskilsson's late challenge caught a MARTINETA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Otto Eskilsson helped the player get up and apologised. FC NORDLAND's Bandit Banks proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save FC NORDLAND from getting a goal against them. Bandit Banks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Rey in the 65th minute of play. MARTINETA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Rey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the MARTINETA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC NORDLAND.
