In the 7th minute, Calle Inda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sánchez Rajo charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sánchez Rajo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th match minute, Ornopata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sánchez Rajo to maneuver through the defense. Gervasio Bieito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eugenio Laincera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Ornopata's Eugenio Laincera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Eli in the 25th minute of play. After some careless play in the Ornopata defense, Rodrigo Eli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eugenio Laincera. The Ornopata fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eugenio Laincera should have stopped the shot. Eugenio Laincera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Cortez in the 36th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Armando Salto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ornopata's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Salto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerardo Lobo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the game, Zuriko Bernaldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ornopata's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Lanus the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ornopata's Zuriko Bernaldo got a free kick in the 40th minute. If Sixto Cortez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The wind increased when Gervasio Bieito made the kick off in the second half. Eugenio Laincera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Eli in the 52nd minute of play. Zuriko Bernaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 58 minutes, Zuriko Bernaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ornopata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zuriko Bernaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 60 minutes of play Ornopata's Zuriko Bernaldo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Ornopata's Zuriko Bernaldo got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute Rodrigo Eli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Laincera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, one of Club Atletico Lanus:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 70 minutes into the match, Ornopata's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Bieito came free, but Eugenio Laincera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 74 minutes, Calle Inda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ornopata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Calle Inda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gabriel Veronica came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eugenio Laincera could save by the left post. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Gervasio Bieito sped through Ornopata's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eugenio Laincera. If Armando Salto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Obregón Busto charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Obregón Busto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodrigo Eli struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Eugenio Laincera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Lanus. After 87 played minutes Club Atletico Lanus got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Veronica.
