Milosz Burufski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Carlos da Cunha in the 3rd minute of play. Bebeto Britto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Kaczynski in the 7th minute of play. Rony Veloso's late challenge caught a Real Madrid's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rony Veloso helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Milanis E.C. getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Rony Veloso hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Rafal Gieraltowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bebeto Britto made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Juliusz Mentus sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Kaczynski got free with Bebeto Britto in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bebeto Britto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juliusz Mentus in the 28th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Real Madrid's zone, Zé Carlos da Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Milosz Burufski came out of the goal and Zé Carlos da Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th match minute, Real Madrid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliusz Mentus to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the match, Real Madrid's goal looked a bit too open when Agostinho Montenegro came free, but Milosz Burufski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Juliusz Mentus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the game, Juliusz Mentus recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bebeto Britto. Juliusz Mentus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zé Carlos da Cunha to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Juliusz Mentus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid's supporters rose to their feet, but Juliusz Mentus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bebeto Britto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adam Kaczynski in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bebeto Britto saved Milanis E.C. from getting behind. Bebeto Britto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juliusz Mentus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Róbson Sanches could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Milosz Burufski made a huge save. A collision led to Milanis E.C. getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ronaldão Mazza hit a great ball. Juliusz Mentus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Bebeto Britto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Real Madrid's goal looked a bit too open when Róbson Sanches came free, but Milosz Burufski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bebeto Britto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Kaczynski, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 86th match minute, Milanis E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbson Sanches to maneuver through the defense.
