When Ignacio Jusepe fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TotoRACING's protests and gave Ignacio Jusepe a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Los Golosos booed when TotoRACING was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Chayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Ixona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Tuste in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Tuste in the 27th minute of play forced TotoRACING's goalkeeper Joel Ixona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes of play TotoRACING's Ignacio Jusepe was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 31 minutes into the match, Los Golosos's goalkeeper Hernan Loramendi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Norberto Pelagius. Anastasio Garci charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anastasio Garci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes Los Golosos got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Garci. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Moises Tuste sped through TotoRACING's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joel Ixona. 41 minutes into the match, TotoRACING's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Tuste came free, but Joel Ixona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Moises Tuste's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joel Ixona was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. In the 47th minute, Moises Tuste ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Ixona was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Moises Tuste made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Abelardo Phelipe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joel Ixona showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Moises Tuste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59thth minute of the game Moises Tuste who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TotoRACING's Joel Ixona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Salvador Frantzes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Joel Ixona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 65 minutes into the match, TotoRACING's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Tuste came free, but Joel Ixona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 minutes TotoRACING's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gaston Gar who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gaston Gar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joel Ixona quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Anastasio Garci kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conrado Eleder in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hernan Loramendi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Moises Tuste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Ixona having to interfere. Alberto Eron kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Conrado Eleder's late challenge caught a Los Golosos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado Eleder helped the player get up and apologised. Modesto Paulin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Ixona having to interfere. Conrado Eleder might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hernan Loramendi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Conrado Eleder ran back to his position shaking his head. Alberto Eron hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Los Golosos's zone, Conrado Eleder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernan Loramendi came out of the goal and Conrado Eleder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Los Golosos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than TotoRACING.
