The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Metehan Kurboga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teodosio Nicholas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Bora Han Ankaralı charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bora Han Ankaralı the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bora Han Ankaralı hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Under 18 Universe's Kurtuluş Ünlü played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Stanislao in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to Timo! getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. David Luzaide hit a great ball. Teodosio Nicholas was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Bora Han Ankaralı capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bora Han Ankaralı really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Teodosio Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kamer Başkaynak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timo!'s Teodosio Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kamer Başkaynak in the 29th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Under 18 Universe fans cheered their team off the field, for while Timo! had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
