The supporters of Rio Verde F.C CIMZ booed when Tello AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Colas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Ulysses Meira got a free kick in the 19th minute. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Karim Bado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Colas in the 20th minute of play. Baldomero Beturian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lenílson Gomes, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 33rd minute, Tello AFC's Emilio Colas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Karim Bado came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Tello AFC's Elpidio Jax. But to his dismay, Elpidio Jax quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 39 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Jax came free, but Karim Bado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugenio Todor came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Karim Bado could save by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Karim Bado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Colas in the 53rd minute of the match. When Tello AFC's Diego Balendin in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Tello AFC were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emilio Colas took the corner. The corner ended in Emilio Colas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Karim Bado did a great save. After 61 minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emilio Colas who took care of the corner kick. Tello AFC's Emilio Colas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Karim Bado in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafael Arruda during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Colas in the 64th minute of play forced Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Karim Bado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lenílson Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Elpidio Jax shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karim Bado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Rio Verde F.C CIMZ getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Thomás do Valle hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Tello AFC's Emilio Colas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Tello AFC's Gavino Cresconio got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute of the match Thomás do Valle sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baldomero Beturian skillfully saved the ball. Karim Bado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Colas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emilio Colas who took care of the corner kick. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Karim Bado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Colas in the 88th minute of play. In the 96thth minute of the game Lenílson Gomes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tello AFC's Baldomero Beturian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rio Verde F.C CIMZ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tello AFC.
