Severino Fernandez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Severino Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Ponce, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Manos Uchiha came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Riemannian's Malvin Saura. But to his dismay, Malvin Saura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in 1984 Castelli Futbol's zone, Malvin Saura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manos Uchiha came out of the goal and Malvin Saura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th minute, Andres Guijarro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Manos Uchiha. The goal made the score 2-2. In the 34th minute, Eduardo Luzaide left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1984 Castelli Futbol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 37th minute Enzo Ekain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Malvin Saura was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a rather tough play, 1984 Castelli Futbol's Eustacio Horado got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Neto Vazquez kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Riemannian defense, Eustacio Horado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severino Fernandez. The Riemannian fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severino Fernandez should have stopped the shot. The Riemannian players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 1984 Castelli Futbol were winning 2-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hermengildo Etxeberri to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hermengildo Etxeberri got free with Severino Fernandez in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 61 in the game by Hermengildo Etxeberri from a close distance when the talented Severino Fernandez managed to make a qualified save. Riemannian's players were relieved. Malvin Saura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manos Uchiha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Riemannian's goalkeeper Severino Fernandez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hermengildo Etxeberri. Enzo Ekain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Severino Fernandez made a huge save. Manos Uchiha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Guijarro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 played minutes Riemannian got a freekick which was hit by Elias March. Severino Fernandez made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Hermengildo Etxeberri sent off a good shot on target. Severino Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Luzaide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to 1984 Castelli Futbol getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Hermengildo Etxeberri hit a great ball. In the 85th minute Andres Guijarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manos Uchiha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by 1984 Castelli Futbol's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Casado Bernal was slow to take the kick. During this time Riemannian's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Riemannian's corner Casado Bernal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Manos Uchiha quite easily take care of the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Riemannian's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Ponce came free, but Severino Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severino Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermengildo Etxeberri in the 94th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Riemannian's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Horado came free, but Severino Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched 1984 Castelli Futbol eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
