The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ruben Efren kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Cristian Tarragon notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Club Sportivo Quilmes's Gabriel Sol. Gabriel Sol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 15th minute Cristian Tarragon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Sol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Teobaldo Txerran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabriel Sol was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Gabriel Sol came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Las Momias F. C.'s Teobaldo Txerran. But to his dismay, Teobaldo Txerran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Gabriel Sol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vero Ortiz went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 29th minute, Eloy Mikelats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Honesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Bento, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 39 played minutes Club Sportivo Quilmes got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Palos. Camilo Honesto made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Jesus Abadie sent off a good shot on target. Camilo Honesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Abadie, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Teobaldo Txerran hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teobaldo Txerran made a kick off. A collision led to Las Momias F. C. getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Teobaldo Txerran hit a great ball. Camilo Honesto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruben Efren's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. 63 minutes into the match, Las Momias F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Efren came free, but Camilo Honesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonel Bento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesus Abadie kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruben Efren in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Honesto saved Las Momias F. C. from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Ruben Efren put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Camilo Honesto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Bento in the 78th minute of play forced Las Momias F. C.'s goalkeeper Camilo Honesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81stth minute of the game Ruben Efren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Las Momias F. C.'s Camilo Honesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Las Momias F. C. getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Haroldo Lleir hit a great ball. Las Momias F. C.'s Camilo Honesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Efren in the 91st minute of play. After 92 minutes of play, Club Sportivo Quilmes's Ruben Efren made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Honesto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Las Momias F. C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
