Benjamin Šeško started the match with the kick off. Cremonese's Julio Vasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne De Souza in the 3rd minute of play. Salih Özcan's late challenge caught a Cremonese's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salih Özcan helped the player get up and apologised. Salih Özcan kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. B68 Toftir's Giorgi Mamardashvili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Tab in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute of the match Rolando Oliverio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giorgi Mamardashvili showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 8 played minutes B68 Toftir got a freekick which was hit by Dimitri Faber. A collision led to Cremonese getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jose Tab hit a great ball. In the 11th minute Tomáš Čvančara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Genaro Jaen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giorgi Mamardashvili was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 20 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Jaen came free, but Giorgi Mamardashvili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match Cremonese got a corner. B68 Toftir's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Julio Vasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Šeško, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Desiderio Restu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 33rd minute Benjamin Šeško shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arne De Souza got in the 36th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Julio Vasco handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. A collision led to B68 Toftir getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Arne De Souza hit a great ball. In the 47th minute Gilberto Peru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giorgi Mamardashvili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Cremonese made a substitution. Ildefonso Savion replaced Delmar George. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Genaro Jaen made a kick off. Giorgi Mamardashvili stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genaro Jaen's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Giorgi Mamardashvili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Azibar, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 62nd minute, Cremonese's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tomáš Čvančara fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Genaro Jaen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cremonese's supporters rose to their feet, but Genaro Jaen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giorgi Mamardashvili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Genaro Jaen struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Giorgi Mamardashvili didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cremonese. B68 Toftir made a substitution. Romero Widenmeier replaced Arne De Souza. Victorio Txema took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Giorgi Mamardashvili. B68 Toftir's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 81st minute Genaro Jaen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giorgi Mamardashvili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romero Widenmeier scored 0-2 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romero Widenmeier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cremonese's Jose Tab couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 90th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for B68 Toftir. 93 minutes into the match, Romero Widenmeier notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Cremonese's Julio Vasco. Julio Vasco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Romero Widenmeier received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Vasco came out and tried to block the shot, but Romero Widenmeier slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 97th minute. B68 Toftir's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
