Haitz Guijarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 11 minutes into the game, Paulo Siqueira lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Haitz Guijarro. After 15 minutes, Mats Hummels mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Joinville City - FSCMZ and the Juventus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mats Hummels kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Mansour Trezeguet came free, but Bernardo Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Argider Comas, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After some careless play in the Joinville City - FSCMZ defense, Argider Comas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Moreira. The Joinville City - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Moreira should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Paulo Siqueira could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Haitz Guijarro however easily saved by the left post. After 23 minutes Juventus FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliseu Baiano who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Joinville City - FSCMZ booed when Juventus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mansour Trezeguet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sotero Fonticoba hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Paulo Siqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 28 played minutes Joinville City - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Quirino. Raúl Labarra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Haitz Guijarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Siqueira in the 32nd minute. Paulo Siqueira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Haitz Guijarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Juventus FC's Oliviero Bermejo got a free kick in the 45th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Siqueira was the one to do the kick off. Cristiano Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Haitz Guijarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute Argider Comas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Siqueira in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Vítor Aguiar hit a great ball. In the 68thth minute of the game Cristiano Baptista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventus FC's Haitz Guijarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Paulo Siqueira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joinville City - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Siqueira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mansour Chiellini lost his temper 75 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. If Paulo Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Paulo Siqueira notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Juventus FC's Haitz Guijarro. Haitz Guijarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Xosepin Colillas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Moreira having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Siqueira in the 90th minute of play forced Juventus FC's goalkeeper Haitz Guijarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Joinville City - FSCMZ's Paulo Siqueira in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
