In the 6th minute, Anak Junior left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lucky Star fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Domingo Baraquiel in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mathias Wijasmara, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 15 minutes into the game, Gregorio Primo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EL REY DE LA CARNE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lucky Star the free kick. Gregorio Primo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Rolando Odon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Wijasmara having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvano Lehior during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th minute, Silvano Lehior hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute Xabier 黄忠 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Remicio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes Lucky Star got a freekick which was hit by Slamet Ashraff. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Odon in the 32nd minute of play forced Lucky Star's goalkeeper Mathias Wijasmara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 minutes Lucky Star's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anselmo Bizi who took care of the corner kick. In the 37th minute of the match 傅明德 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lino Remicio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gregorio Primo was shown his second yellow card after 38 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 38th match minute, EL REY DE LA CARNE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Primo to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Rolando Odon managed to get in a good position for a shot. EL REY DE LA CARNE's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Odon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mathias Wijasmara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xabier 黄忠 made a kick off. Slamet Ashraff kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Mathias Wijasmara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Odon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lino Remicio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Slamet Ashraff in the 67th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingo Baraquiel in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mathias Wijasmara saved Lucky Star from getting behind. EL REY DE LA CARNE made a substitution. Nereo Vincente replaced Rolando Odon. After a rather tough play, Lucky Star's Jonathan Iqbal got a free kick in the 80th minute. Lino Remicio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anak Junior in the 82nd minute of the match. Ruperto Atarratze charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruperto Atarratze the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, EL REY DE LA CARNE's Ruperto Atarratze got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The Lucky Star supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lucky Star would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
