Spectators: 7732 (Terracing: 5800, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 154) FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s David Tâbârnă started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Galja Kraków's goal looked a bit too open when Vasile Hâncu came free, but Jaroslaw Lichniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaroslaw Lichniak came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Dorin Busuioceanu. But to his dismay, Dorin Busuioceanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 13th minute, Dorin Busuioceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 19 played minutes Galja Kraków got a freekick which was hit by Teofil Makarewicz. Jaroslaw Lichniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasile Hâncu in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rdth minute of the game Ksawery Gierasik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Călin Izvoranu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sabin Gugea in the 30th minute. The corner led FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Sabin Gugea to fire away a dangerous shot which Jaroslaw Lichniak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dorin Busuioceanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslaw Lichniak having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ksawery Gierasik in the 45th minute of play forced FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s goalkeeper Călin Izvoranu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

FC PIETROSUL -MM- made a substitution. Dragoş Bran replaced David Tâbârnă. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Hodyl made a kick off. 59 minutes into the match, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s goalkeeper Călin Izvoranu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Hodyl. Radomil Golota might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Călin Izvoranu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Radomil Golota ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rd minute Dorin Busuioceanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Lichniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Călin Izvoranu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teofil Makarewicz's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Galja Kraków's Jaroslaw Lichniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorin Busuioceanu in the 87th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Cezary Dobrowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galja Kraków's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC PIETROSUL -MM- the free kick. In the 92ndth minute of the game Ksawery Gierasik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Călin Izvoranu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Dan Burdujan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s zone, Tymoteusz Lewicki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Călin Izvoranu came out of the goal and Tymoteusz Lewicki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Galja Kraków players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FC PIETROSUL -MM- from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
