The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dawid Lipinski during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Skrwa Sikórz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dawid Lipinski to maneuver through the defense. Dawid Lipinski kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Romeu Souto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artur Wilk in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the match, Damazy Niemojewski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Romeu Souto, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artur Wilk got free with Romeu Souto in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Victor de Salles fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corinthians's protests and gave Victor de Salles a yellow card for diving instead. Victor de Salles hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Leonard Wojtyna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandinho Urbano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernandinho Urbano in the 38th minute of play forced Skrwa Sikórz's goalkeeper Leonard Wojtyna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernandinho Urbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Leonard Wojtyna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Edmund Niedbalski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skrwa Sikórz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corinthians the free kick. Leonard Wojtyna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor de Salles in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, one of Corinthians:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Corinthians. If Artur Wilk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fernandinho Urbano to strike the kick off in the second half. Fernandinho Urbanos short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Leonard Wojtyna to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 54 minutes into the match, Skrwa Sikórz's goalkeeper Leonard Wojtyna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor de Salles. In the 59th minute Damazy Niemojewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeu Souto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damazy Niemojewski in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romeu Souto saved Corinthians from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damazy Niemojewski in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romeu Souto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artur Wilk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonard Wojtyna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernandinho Urbano's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Leonard Wojtyna was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Fernandinho Urbano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fernandinho Urbano really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Romeu Souto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Olisadebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Leonard Wojtyna acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 93rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pedro Travassos. 94 minutes into the match, Skrwa Sikórz's goalkeeper Leonard Wojtyna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor de Salles. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
