The MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moisés Donatello should have stopped the shot. Francisc Astafiei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giuseppe Montenegro having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Kidlat Cabanit's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giuseppe Montenegro was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Ramón Fantini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Moisés Donatello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, José Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot. The supporters of Fabiofs booed when MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kidlat Cabanit didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Augusto Recife came free, but Moisés Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Fabiofs were awarded a corner. Geovani de Amorim went to the cornerflag to take it. Giuseppe Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kidlat Cabanit in the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, Fabiofs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramón Fantini to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes in the game, Zé Augusto Recife dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armandinho Sá in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giuseppe Montenegro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Kidlat Cabanit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the game, Armandinho Sá was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fabiofs the free kick. After 91 played minutes MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors got a freekick which was hit by Armandinho Sá. Gino Secco's late challenge caught a Fabiofs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gino Secco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd match minute, MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gino Secco to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors had won after a very even match.
