Strömsbro IF's Örjan Frisk got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yvan Poets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Örjan Frisk, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Örjan Frisk in the 12th minute of play forced All Stars Gent's goalkeeper Yvan Poets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 17 minutes, Georg Ek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Strömsbro IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Georg Ek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yvan Poets took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Ek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, All Stars Gent's Mathijs de Pelsmaecker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivar Albohm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. All Stars Gent's Yvan Poets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Örjan Frisk in the 28th minute of play. Yvan Poets took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Örjan Frisk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birger Sävström in the 32nd minute of play forced All Stars Gent's goalkeeper Yvan Poets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Gery Latomme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivar Albohm was a little too slow when Raphaël Boede got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-1. Yvan Poets showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birger Sävström in the 40th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, All Stars Gent's goal looked a bit too open when Örjan Frisk came free, but Yvan Poets reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yvan Poets made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Örjan Frisk in the 44th minute of play. Harry Blom kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After 52 played minutes All Stars Gent got a freekick which was hit by Paulus Everaerts. All Stars Gent's Yvan Poets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludvig Wennersten in the 54th minute of play. Yvan Poets made an important save on a dangerous shot by Birger Sävström in the 55th minute. All Stars Gent's Mathijs de Pelsmaecker got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathijs de Pelsmaecker in the 58th minute of play forced Strömsbro IF's goalkeeper Ivar Albohm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Strömsbro IF made a substitution. Kalle Blomqvist replaced Karl-Oskar Beneth. After a rather tough play, All Stars Gent's Henrik Vervaet got a free kick in the 66th minute. Yvan Poets made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Birger Sävström sent off a good shot on target. 68 minutes into the match, All Stars Gent's goalkeeper Yvan Poets had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimmie Haeger. With a little luck, All Stars Gent's Yvan Poets got control of the ball when Jimmie Haeger tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Strömsbro IF's Jimmie Haeger slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Yvan Poets. That made the score 1-2 after 72 minutes of play. In the 84th minute, Kalle Blomqvist made a precise shot to the right of Yvan Poets. All Stars Gent's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 92nd minute, Strömsbro IF's Jimmie Haeger ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Yvan Poets. Yvan Poets yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Strömsbro IF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
