The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Luis-Javier Durango left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Red Hawk Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Red Hawk Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Mitxel Abella came free, but Joaquim Trabell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Red Hawk Football Club were awarded a corner. Roberto Batuecas went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Red Hawk Football Club's Benito Abad getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Luis-Javier Durango in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Claris Abar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Luis-Javier Durango could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Claris Abar made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Claris Abar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Munat Tayka getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ruperto Abeitia hit a great ball. Tolino Abeitia hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The supporters of Munat Tayka booed when Red Hawk Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pol Balcells didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mitxel Abella's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquim Trabell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Mitxel Abella made a precise shot to the right of Joaquim Trabell. Red Hawk Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 41 played minutes Munat Tayka got a freekick which was hit by Tolino Abeitia. In the 42nd match minute, Red Hawk Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabel Lama to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luis-Javier Durango stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Claris Abar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis-Javier Durango in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Red Hawk Football Club's goalkeeper Joaquim Trabell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruperto Abeitia. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aleix Puigdellivol during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aleix Puigdellivol kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Joaquim Trabell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipe Abastas, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Ruperto Abeitia struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Joaquim Trabell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Munat Tayka. The supporters of Red Hawk Football Club booed when Munat Tayka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taurino Abajas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 69 minutes, Roberto Batuecas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Hawk Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Batuecas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ruperto Abeitia hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A collision led to Munat Tayka getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Tolino Abeitia hit a great ball. Ruperto Abeitia struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Joaquim Trabell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Munat Tayka. The audience was convinced that Luis-Javier Durango's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claris Abar was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Munat Tayka defense, Aleix Puigdellivol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claris Abar. The Munat Tayka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claris Abar should have stopped the shot. Luis-Javier Durango recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
