Agustin Rossi came out and tried to block the shot, but Erwann Patrice slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Farias in the 15th minute of play forced Cosa nostra Lyon's goalkeeper Joey Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Cosa nostra Lyon's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Raebert came free, but Joey Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vivien Contant could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Agustin Rossi made a huge save. Vivien Contant might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Agustin Rossi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vivien Contant ran back to his position shaking his head. Javi García made in the 40th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Guillermo Barros Schelloto. In the 41st match minute, Cosa nostra Lyon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erwann Patrice to maneuver through the defense. Joey Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Illan in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Cosa nostra Lyon's Pierre-Louis Dubourdieu was substituted for Vivien Contant. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pierre-Louis Dubourdieu made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Cosa nostra Lyon's Erwann Patrice nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Agustin Rossi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Joey Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Barros Schelloto in the 58th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Pierre-Louis Dubourdieu sped through Lengua de Lobo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Agustin Rossi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre-Louis Dubourdieu in the 76th minute of play forced Lengua de Lobo's goalkeeper Agustin Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pierre-Louis Dubourdieu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Rossi having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Lengua de Lobo's goal looked a bit too open when Erwann Patrice came free, but Agustin Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agustin Rossi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 88 minutes into the game, Cosa nostra Lyon's Erwann Patrice nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
