After the first half Marquês de Herval were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Manuel Negru made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnaldo Lima during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave Cormoranii -MM- a penalty, 82 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eugen Sava, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Marquês de Herval's Evandro Lara. 1-3.
