An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Janson in the 18th minute of play forced FC Barcelona Lassa's goalkeeper Eduard Lutsevich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chiquinho Romero came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Barcelona Lassa's Leonid Lagunov. But to his dismay, Leonid Lagunov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Chiquinho Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zinoviy Kornilov in the 28th minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zinoviy Kornilov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eduard Lutsevich made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Severino Cucao sent off a good shot on target. When Claudio Matthew was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. In the 65th minute Zinoviy Kornilov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquinho Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleksey Ignatov in the 66th minute of the match. The supporters of FC Barcelona Lassa booed when Frontera AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Cucao didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severino Cucao got free with Eduard Lutsevich in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 95 played minutes Frontera AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Medina. Chiquinho Romero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksey Ignatov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frontera AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
